Making outbound calls to customers who need follow up support
Managing and responding to customer support tickets
Collaborating with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure proper follow-up
Continuously building knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) and related systems to better support customers
Enjoy talking to customers and providing calm, friendly, and efficient support
Are comfortable working in a phone-heavy, ticket-based environment
Can explain solutions clearly without overwhelming customers with details
Stay organized while handling calls, tickets, and follow-ups throughout the day
Follow SOPs closely while maintaining a positive customer experience
Fluent in English and have strong communication skills
Get frustrated repeating answers to common customer questions
Struggle with following processes, response-time expectations, or documentation
Prefer working independently with minimal customer interaction
Prefer minimal phone time or feel drained by frequent inbound and outbound calls
A job without fast-moving deadlines or accountability.
