Here's What We're Looking For

What You’ll Be Doing...

Assisting insurance agents launching lead generation campaigns

Educating and coaching our users on marketing best practices

Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns (with a focus on the insurance niche)

Create and test audiences, creatives, and funnels to improve performance

Assisting users to ensure campaigns meet KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROAS, Conversions)

Collaborate with our team to provide reports, insights, and scaling strategies

Troubleshoot ad rejections, CAPI, pixel tracking, and integrations with GHL/AdBase

Stay on top of Meta’s special ad category compliance (insurance/finance)

You’re a Great Fit If You Are...

Someone who loves teaching others and is patient with clients when they struggle

3+ years of experience running Meta ads with a proven track record

Hands-on experience working with GHL (GoHighLevel)/UpHex/ FB Business Manager to launch and manage campaigns.

A problem-solving mindset — you don’t just report issues, you bring solutions

Strong understanding of analytics, reporting, and ads optimization

Fluent in English, and have strong communication skills

Comfortable and confident with client-facing calls, explaining campaign dynamics and ad performance

Tech-savvy and eager to stay updated with new tools, platforms, and advertising updates
