Dedicating daily time to assigned projects, meeting weekly deliverables and deadlines
Continuously expanding your knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) and contributing to internal documentation and playbooks
Enjoy problem-solving and troubleshooting technical issues in real time
Are comfortable providing Zoom-based technical support and speaking confidently with clients
Are adaptable and open to learning new systems and platforms, not just GHL
Take ownership of your work and follow SOPs while staying aligned with company goals
Are proactive in a fast-paced, remote environment
Fluent in English and have strong communication skills
Get frustrated repeating answers to common customer questions
Struggle with following processes, response-time expectations, or documentation
Prefer working independently with minimal customer interaction
